Today when Aaliyah mistakenly tells Abhi that Pragya-Suresh MMS is leaked and that would destroy his image and career, Abhi does not take it well. He is almost shattered.
This might solve later on since the pregnancy might be totally fake story from Tannu, but Abhi hopefully goes through this fall from grace that makes him realize his faults as well as what a vicious woman Tannu is!!
I hope, in near future, this happens for real, when he finally decides to be Pragya's husband and Tannu plays her pregnancy trick.. and he will fall from grace for his extramarital affair + impregnating another woman.
