Kurhti Aapa is like a very respective maid but there obviously is a story behind that and anam is sahir's sister in law. Hope that answers your question :)

i think kurti apa will be sahir's mother-in-law and that could also be the reason that alvira wants sahir to marry arzoo because zeenat is a servants daughter and is after saahir's property
