(Khushi is riding the scooty remembering all the things Arnav told her and the way he rejected to select her as a employee for AR industry. She is all lost in thoughts and don't realize the hump on the road and rides with the high speed which makes her loose the balance and she falls down with scooty. )
She gets some small injuries. But all this while Shyam was following her. He comes for help pretending he was just passing by in his car. Helping her to get up and making her scooty stand)
Shyam - oh oh Aap gir gayi...gaadi araam se chalani chayiye...(oh oh you fell down?.. you should be riding the vehicle carefully) (now he looks at her) Arey Khushi ji aap? (hey Khushi you?)
Khushi - Shyam ji ... Aap?? ...Thank you... (Shyam you?? Thank you)
Shyam - Thank you chodiye...aap kis soch me doobi huvi thi ki aise gir gayi...Kair...chaliye mein aap ko ghar chod detha hun.. (Leave the thank you aside...what were you thinking while riding that you fell like this??? Whatever ... come let me drop you home)
MALHOTRA HOUSE
(Seema and Rishab still standing outside the house. Sushila is still in questioning mode)
Ashok - Aur wo kyon bolegi muje. Tumne apni mann maani karli na. ab ayi kyon ho yaha. (Why will she tell me anything. You did what ever you felt like right? Now why have you come here?)
Seema - Papa please aisa math kahiye... muje maaf kardeejiye... (Papa please don't talk like this ...forgive me..)
Sushila - Bas... tum aur kuch math bolo. Patha hai kitni beizzathi huvi hamari? Jab tumne apne maa baap ke bare mein ghar se baagthe waqth nahi socha tho abhi kyon ayi ho? Jao yaha se (Enough..you don't talk anything more...Do you know how much we were insulted due to this? When you never thought about your parent while running away from house they why are you concerned now?...Just go from here)
Rishab- Seema bas abh chalo... aur kitna try karogi? Shayad kisi na kisi din samjenge. Filhal hume chalni chayiye. (Seema enough now , lets go... how much you want to try. They will understand one or the other day. As of now we have to leave...)
(Saying this he takes Seema back and their car is driven away from Malhotra house.Now inside)
Ashok - Yeh sab us Khushi ki waje se huva hai. Iski saza tho mein deke rakoonga mein usko aur uski family ko. Meri beti ko mujse alag kiya?(All this is because of khushi...she has to pay for doing all this...I will punish her and her family. You separated me and my daughter?)How dare you...just wait and watch khushi ki kya hoga tumare saath. (What will happen with you)
(He makes a call and Sushila goes inside with a sad face)
Ashok - Shashi gupta ko Naukri se nikal deejiye. (Remove Shashi Gupta from his job)
Voice - Par Sir wo tho bohot accha kaam karthe hai (Bust Sir he is a very good employee)
Ashok - Jitna kaha hai utna keejiye.(Just do as I said) I want him out of the office right now.
Voice - Teek hai Sir (Ok Sir)
(Ashok collapses on the sofa with a upset feeling and frustration)
GUPTA HOUSE
(Shyam got Khushi to her house in his car and helped her come inside the house. Garima and Madhumathi sees her dirty dress and little scratches on elbow. Both run towards her )
Garima - Kya huva tume? (What happened to you?)
Khushi - Kuch nahi Amma.. wo rasthe mein humari balance choot gayi hump ki waje se. (Nothing ma.. I just lost the balance while climbing over the hump)
Madhumathi - Arey Sankadevi kitni baar kaha hai ki sawdaani se gaadi chalao.. lekin tum kisi ki sunthi kaha ho? (Oh Madgirl howmany times to tell to ride carefully... you never listen...)
Khushi - Amma, Buaji aap log bhi na... yeh investigation baad mein kar lijiyega... Yeh Shyam ji hai...inhone hi humari madad ki ghar ane ke liye. (Mom, Aunty... you both can investigate all this latter on... he is Shyam.. who helped me come home)
Shyam - Namste (Hello)
Garima - Namaste Beta (Hello..Son)
Madhumathi - Shukriya beta (Thanks my Son)
Shyam - Arey Shukriya ki koi baath nahi. Yeh tho insaniyath hai ki hum kisi ko madad kar jab wo muskil mein ho (Oh... this dosent require thanking...its just humanity to help others when they are in trouble)
(By then his driver comes at the door)
Driver - Sir mein scooty laya (Sir I got the scooty)
(Hands over the key to Shyam. Shyam comes back and gives the key to Khushi)
Shyam - Leejiye Khushi ji. Aage se dhyan rakiyega. Abh hume chalna chayiye (Take it Khushi...be careful now on)
Madhumathi - Arey chai tho peeke jao beta (Have tea and then leave dear)
Shyam - Nahi...abhi nahi... muje ek zaroori kaam ke liye jana hai (No...not now..I have to go for a important work)
Khushi - Dhanyawaad Shyaam ji (thanks Shyam)
Shyam - Chalthe hai...(I will take a leave now.)
(He just smiles back at her and walks off the house. Car drives off from Gupta house)
ARNAV'S CAR
(Arnav and Aman sitting at the back and the driver is driving the car)
Aman - ASR the principal had a personal request for us.
Arnav - What is it?
Aman - He want us to offer a job Khushi. The girl who got the best student award.
Arnav - But he is too late Aman. I have already rejected her.
Aman - He was telling her financial condition is not well and she hasn't filled in her final year's fee yet. He gave this project file of her's can you have a look at it before you finalise.
Arnav - Don't you understand what I said? I have rejected her and that is final. Tum jo kaho mera faisla change nahi hone wala (Whatever you say. I wont change my decision)
Aman - Ok
(Aman is dropped at a point and he leaves the file in Arnav's car itself. Arnav reaches home and getting inside the house)
Arnav - Hari Prakash... mere car mein kuch files aur briefcase hai. Une mere room mein rakdo.. (Hari Prakash get the files and briefcase in my car. Keep them in my room)

Lecturer1 - Sir aap ko patha chala? (Sir.. did you get to know?)
Principal - Haan ... meine tho personally request bhi kit hi. Fir b unlogon ne reject ki hai. (Ya.. I had personally requested them but still they have rejected)
Lecturer1 - Fees ka kya hoga Sir? (What will happen to the fee Sir?)
(Lecturer2 enters the room)
Lecturer2 - AR akeli company thodi na hai. Aur bhi companies hai. Dekenge kya hoga. (AR is not the only company, there are other companies too. Lets see what happens)
Principal - Par AR akeli company hai jo student ki final year ki fee barthi hai. (But AR is the only company which pays the final year fee of the selected student)
Lecturer2 - Agar fee hi concern hai tho ab log fikar math keejiye. Last date taq use barna na ho paya tho meine bardoonga. (If this is all about fee then you both don't worry. If she is unable to pay within the last date. I will pay it)
Lecturer1 - Not again. Pichle 2 saal se aap uski adha fee tho bhar hi rahe ho, scholarship kea ad mein. (From last 2 years you are anyways paying half the fee in the name if scholarship)
Principal - Iss baar usne scholarship ko khud mana ki hai. Ab kya bathayenge (This year she herself has denied to take the scholarship so what do we tell her?)
Lecturer2 - Aap wo mujpe chod dijiye (You leave that matter to me)
Lecturer1 - Par aap itna sab kuch uske liye kar kyon rahe hai (But why are you doing all this for her?)
Principal - Yes why are doing this? I still remember the day when she was selected for this college and couldn't fill in the nominal registration fee as she forgot to bring money. You yourself had paid it.
Lecturer2 - Meine dekha hai use tadapthe huve bachpan se. Apni maa baap ka armaan poora karne ke liye. Woy aha padne ke liye utavli thi sirf isliye kyon uske maa baap chahthe unki beti sabse acchi college mein MBA ki padai kare aur unka business sambale. Par unke marne ke baad business tho nahi raha lekin isne apne parents dairy se unka sapna janli aur usko poora karne ka taan li. Mein yeh sab isiliye kar raha hunk yon ki mein kar saktha hun bas.. (I have seen her struggle from child hood. She was passionate about studying here as her parents had dreamt of making her in the best MBA College and take over their business. But after their death the business collapsed. However she had read their wish in their dairy and trying her best to complete their dreams. I am just trying to help her because I have the capacity to help and it doesn't harm me in anyways.)
(He got all emotional while telling this and walks off the room)
