Alvira is trying to push Arzoo towards Sahir for her own reasons, but does she know about Nausheen situation regarding first and second wife and therefore is anticipating Arzoo reaction on finding out about Sahir first wife. 😕

Hmm I think since Anam n KA too were shown to not know abt Sarfarz n Farah ...I m not sure if Alvira Knows this ..n anyway if she is on a mission ..ARZOO n her happiness wont matter to her ...

I was confused whether Alvira knew or not, as I know that KA and Anam don't know and Alvira will certainly not tell them considering she has her own motives.

It was a subtle understanding on Alivra part on the day they met at the fashion show, when Arzoo refused to be known by her fathers name.

She only considers as her ammi's daughter.
