u upload u r selected image then u click that image from imguru in album category u get more links on right side in that one u choose

i means which image u want to upload in imguru ,
open that image in newtab then right click select copy image location , then go to imguru site in that u choose website links clik it and paste that image location then it upload it :)
after that u click that image it show tat image one
