Is Upen being desperate wanting to be part of P3G?

So at the end of the episode when Upen, Puneet and Gautam were hugging each, Upen said now it will be P3GU...do you all think he is being desperate to stay in the game since he and Diandra fought/had argument and Diandra being the leader of bedroom gang could throw him of their group.

I think only wants to be part of P3G to stay in the game and get himself saved from nominations

Whats your take?

I don't really know what is Upen doing or if he has a strategy but i hope it's honest thing he is doing with P3G because have been fed up of all this groups stuff all are together in the same house !! Why don't be one group together
