The thing is Nandini still loves Manik so much, no matter how much he becoming monster like. She knows he is not villain but a very impulsive guy with a twisted brain who needs to be fixed.

She joined Fab5 against Harshad which means for her Harshad is villain not Manik or Fab5--who gave her Fab5 sticker. She joined Fab5 to fix Manik to stop him from going to wrong direction.

She is living what she promised.
She trusts him. Whatever he said in past few days, she doesn't nullify them all just because he broke her heart. Like today, she had belief that Manik must have covered it. She would confront him about things and gets answers. She trusts simply Manik. Manik who still hasn't lost everything in her. She knows him and that's exactly what explains his every action to her.
He is in her prayers. How? She cannot see him in pain. She would go ahead and make things alright. Her prayers are actions where she makes sure that he is away from trouble.

She is shining for him like a guiding star. Star which guides a lost traveler. Whenever he goes wrong, she would be there to lend voice to his concious. She is shining enough to bring him back.

She would trust him when he himself wants ruin his and her every belief.
She is shining like a star who doesn't abandon a lost aloof traveler but would accompany him in darkest hour.
Her prayers would always consist him as her actions always would be to keep him away from trouble. Who needs God!
