For me it has to be Fahad Mustafa!!

I have not seen much of his work but am loving every bit of Mastana Mahi

Osman comes a close second, and next is Adnan Siddiqui, but I would also like to include Mikaal Zulfiqar here for his act in Dhoop Chaaon (Durr-e-Shehwar) and now Aaina Dulhan Ka (Mirat-Ul-Uroos)
