Upen kare tho character dheela hai..?

Upen was biased as a captain to save his friends...everyone attacked him.

Captaincy is not for showing friendship, if you favor friends even if they are less deserving than others, THAT is bias.. Upen had chosen Sushant as best performer despite of the fact that he was disqualified from the task.. Gautam did not pick any ''undeserving'' candidate to save from nominations.. If there are people who worked more and better than Dimpy, why shouldn't he pick them? Just coz she helped him be captain , he should favor her over others? How is that being fair?

Politely asked to do a portion. From my understanding the garden is divided amongst three. The garden was already clean yet she still refused and created a ruckus. Even karishma and sonali said this is a common load, nothing over the top
In terms of work.

Gautam was purposely going after Nigaar. He even discussed this at night with P3G. He's purposely giving her more work. They blamed Diandra for doing this but look at Gautam now. Plus Gautam didn't save the person that made him captain just like Upen nominating Pritam and Puneet. He's proving to be a worse captain than Upen and Diandra! Such a hypocrite!
