Pritam is definitely getting influenced by Karishma... In the first captaincy task between Upen and Gautam, it was after his discussion with Karishma that he didn't support Gautam. Also, these two were the only ones that decided not to do any work under Gautam's captaincy.

So there is definitely something going on with these two.

They both pick each other to date

Praneet was teasing pritam about karishma
Ali being a double dholki tried to instigate karishma and told her to stay away from pritam.
But she didnt listened to ali &
they both solved their misunderstanding

When karishma complained about punit to pritam
She told him punit is the mastermind and he is using p2g as robots
Pritam understood punit is bad influence & decided to play alone

Today salman asked who should stay in house ?
he said karishma (p2g said arya)
he was blushing wen salman teased him

I know he is married but karishma is really pretty if he feels attracted to her i dont blame him.
Karishma like his personality & sense of humour i think.

They both are playing their game they will nominate each other.
But there is a mutual attraction.
At this point i dont know if its genuine or they are just using each other.
