Always listen to your body, understand what is it asking for. Always be simple taking little exercise daily is better than going to a gym and the most important thing always go for a walk

Thanks for your suggestions actly it was my mistake i would have been more clear actly my question is
How important is to look good (if i have baldness and my face have lots of not good looking marks)
is it ok to go to health clinic and make my self look beautiful

How important is to make a good look when i leave in mumbai and work as a receptionist ???
