Mithun the Actor…
Acting is everything to me. Whether on the big or small screen, I always give my all to see that the character I play is portrayed suitably for others to appreciate my work. I also try to help out other hard working actors as much as I can.

Mithun the Judge…
I rarely get a chance to sit on a chair as a judge or jury member. Right now, I am the one and only judge in an on going Bangla Dance competition and later on I am to become a jury member of the Gold Awards as well.

Mithun the Dancer...
My very identity is that of a good dancer. Boogie Woogie is one show that I follow as I appreciate the fact that this is the only show that showcases new talents in the dancing field.

Mithun the Singer…
I am singing for my Bengali film and also with Asha Bhosle in her album but frankly speaking, I consider myself a Bathroom singer.

Mithun the Father…
I'm not one of those fathers who gives his child everything on a platter. Believe it or not, I am the type of person who would rather push my son in to the sea and let him save himself.

I feel that my son is a better dancer than me but he will need a little more time to act well, most probably ten years to beat me.

Mithun on Mumbai…
Mumbai is a very nice place with sweet people and many opportunities, but the biggest problem I have faced in the city is the horrendous traffic jam. I never seem to reach any place on time, even if I leave early. I am yet to be punctual in that context.

As an Indian…
Ever since our Independence, we have shown tremendous grown in each and every field that we have applied ourselves in to, but the biggest growth that I have seen as of now, is corruption. I feel that the Government of India should make corruption legal so that people who are law abiding and truthful do not feel the burden of paying taxes and living by the rules.
