what is pritam's problem with gowtham

Still i didnt understand what is pritam's problem with gowtham...I never saw until today gowtham saying something against pritam..gowtham always told pritam that he want to became captain..but pritam dumped gautham and planned with praneet and upen by sidelining gowtham..why cant he openly tell gowtham that he dont him to be the captain...i am with pritam for many days, but he is making me go with gowtham now..even last time task also he supproted upen, and when caller asked he told that he wont do it again...My problem is not if other person is gowtham or someone else, if you dont want something, then why cant you tell it directly...Pls pritam i hope you will understand this
