👏 very well said - I totally agree. More often than not boys watch their gfathers, father, uncles, older brothers and take their cue from there. And in most rural communities, men are given preferential treatment on the basis they are the bread winners of the family. Most of them fail to appreciate and value the women who ensure that whilst they are bringing in the money, their homes are managed like a well oiled machine, their children are loved and cared for, their meals are cooked and served etc etc

I don't believe men & women are equal, but I do believe men & women deserve equal respect.

It is certainly disrespect that causes the male mind to think it is ok to eve tease a woman or even molest her modesty and go home without an ounce of guilt.

Sorry for the rambling, this just happens to be a passionate topic of mine.

On a less serious note - can't wait to see Raman comforting Ishita. As someone else said earlier, it's long over due - him just holding her and assuring her that he is there and will always be there for her.
