[Justin Bieber's Dangerous Driving, Assault Case]

On August 29, the Canadian popstar, Justin Bieber was arrested after an accident between his ATV and a minivan near his hometown, Stratford, Ontario, Canada. He was said to have been visiting his father in Ontario with then girlfriend, Selena Gomez. After the accident, according to police reports, Bieber got into a physical altercation with an occupant of the mini van.

The Ontario Court responsible of the case charged him with two criminal code offenses: dangerous driving and assault. He was released by police on a Promise To Appear on September 29, 2014. It appears that his lawyer may have been the only one to have shown to court.

There were no injuries reported as a result of the collision but the same can't be confirmed for the physical altercation.

Justin Bieber's string of legal troubles (past and present) could be used to argue for and against the celebrity for this case. The Criminal Defense (Team Law & Order) must argue why the singer should not be charged or argue for an average sentence (perhaps even less), whereas the Crown Prosecutor (Team Suits) must argue for a harsh sentence.

T h e a b o d e o f t h e g o d d e s s o f j u s t i c e is filled with a heavy crowd of people. A pin drop silence is there. From the entrance,the savior of commoners, the policemen arrive with the renowned pop singer, J u s t i n B i e b e r. Everyone is seeing only him.

His on-off girlfriend and a star-class actress, S e l e n a G o m e z is sitting in the first row behind the counsel's table. His father is too there. The justice-fetchers, l a w y e r s are all sitting at their respective places well-dressed in black robes and white neck tabs.The court clerk ,wearing a robe,is sitting facing the lawyers. Justin is taken to the prisoners box.

The j u d g e s who are the preachers of justice arrives along with a j u r y o f t w e l v e impressively dressed in barrister's robes and colored sashes. Everyone stands in respect and bows to the honorable officials and the next moment,they all have a seat.

The Defense Counsel : Your Honor!Today, I'm here to defend my criminally prosecuted client Mr Justin Bieber.

Before proceeding, I would like to recite the procedural summary:
On August 29th, my client, Mr Bieber was arrested after an accident between his ATV and a minivan,being driven by a paparazzi near his hometown Stratford,Ontario,Canada. He was visiting his father with his on-off girlfriend Ms Selena Gomez. After the accident, it was said that my client got into a physical altercation with one of the occupants of the minivan.

Your Honor! I truly believe my client is innocent and has not broken any rule of law.So, he should not be charged with any harsh sentence.

Judge : Counsel, do you have any evidence or witness to prove that the accused is really innocent?

The Crown Prosecutor : *sarcastically* Yes,my friend, have you got any means by which you can save your accused from all the sentences he has been assigned? Sorry,but the court does not works on the basis of one's own interpreted thoughts.

The Counsel : Oh,my friend, I am not too dumb to talk in air. Your Honor, I want to point some things in the court,can I?

Judge : Yes,you're permitted.

Judge : The Counsel has come up with really powerful arguments to save the accused but before the court announces its decision, it would like to hear the Crown Prosecutors,too.

The Crown : Your Honor! My friend has indeed come up with some interesting and strong facts to save the accused but I want to ask some questions to the witnesses and also to prosecute the favoring evidences for the accused.

Judge : The court grants you the permission, you can proceed.

Justin Bieber has found himself in more legal trouble still as the Canadian singer was charged with dangerous driving and assault following a car crash on Aug. 29 in Perth County, Ont.

Bieber's camp is pointing a finger of blame at the paparazzi for the pop star's run-in with the law while he was visiting southwestern Ontario.

"Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's peaceful retreat in Stratford this weekend was unfortunately disrupted by the unwelcome presence of the paparazzi," Brian Greenspan, Bieber's Toronto lawyer, said in an email to The Canadian Press. "This has regrettably resulted in charges of dangerous driving and assault. Mr. Bieber and Ms. Gomez have fully cooperated in the police investigation. We are hopeful that this matter will be quickly resolved."

Ontario Provincial Police said Bieber, 20, was arrested Friday and charged with dangerous driving and assault following a collision between a minivan and an ATV in a rural area northeast of Bieber's hometown of Stratford.

The driver of the ATV and an occupant of the minivan "engaged in a physical altercation," according to police.

Const. Kees Wijnands wouldn't say whether Bieber was driving the ATV, but pictures posted online show the Canadian star and on-and-off girlfriend Selena Gomez riding on a ATV on Friday. Bieber and his father Jeremy also posted photos of themselves riding horses on Friday.

According to an exclusive chat with -RD-,here are things I came to know:

The graphics for the thread which is to be made - we can approach anyone across IF for them.
For counter-arguments,we have to spy Team Suits [despite of that spying is a bad work😆] till their thread to come up and then we have to include our cross-arguments in our final thread to nullify theirs.
We can use matters from the reality,i.e.,how it got solved in real world. But,to use it in our thread,we have to use our own words and literature. So guys,the two references which I posted are of great use.
I can PM my fellow teammates to come here because they have not land here yet. And if they don't come even after reading my PM,then I have to right to ask for back-up. So,I am going to PM all two of them because roshini_rj has her/himself backed out. I hope there will be no problem in that because our team adviser has said this.
