Diandra worst captain!

She is just sitting there and watching Karishma and Punz fight..she could have easily stepped in and said move the benches and Karishma you clean that area. Matter finish. Instead she sits there like a clueless person. Instead of giving Gautam punishment she should have punished herself!! She was dying to be captain and this is what she does..horrible!
