In order not to break forum codes and rules, that's all I will say about the topic. I may add a few similar points here.
It also upsets me that lot of the times women tend to mix up working and having a job with having a career. Those who actually have a career, rarely allow it to be overlooked by kids' responsibilities. We have such lovely women here in our forum 👏👏. They usually smartly work around it instead of quitting or taking gaps. (PLZ NOTE- i am not undermining exceptional situations or judging them). ..
In some professions, some unfortunately have to push kids-plans ahead and somehow dodge the ticking-clock bullet.. Tough choices some career-women make! It is a warm experience to see them raise fantastic kids when they do get the time eventually. Those who choose careers that can also provide time and RISK FREE opportunity to have healthy children early, should feel blessed.. 😳
