Why would cabir look at manik when druv gave out his secret

Why would cabir look at manik in the first place when druv gave out his secret that mean cabir had suspicion all along of manik having feelings toward nandani

Couse for example if one of our frend was telling a secret of the self I would look at that person who speaking in the face not the others

Can any of u guys give me example and proof of cabir suspicion toward manik feeling to nandani in the past thx

Dhruv's feelings are more of a shock to others because for a long time now he has been very aloof from her , also the friend-zone thing. But with Manik, they are aware that there is something there, especially Cabir.

Instances- He teasing Manik for being with Nandu , when the latter told him aobut the spike drink

Manik told him that he trusts Nandu , hence Cabir thanked Nandu.

Even when Cabir was pissed at Nandu, Manik kept on defending her.

So yeah, that is what shocked him because he had an inclination that it was Manik who might have had a thing for Nandini.

Because Cabir knows about love. He has already guessed about Manik's feelings for Nandini and even questioned Manik regarding him talking about Nandini in every conversation. He may have also noticed that Manik could not tolerate when he spoke badly about her.

Maybe because he knows M hates her and he wanted to see how he was reacting to the news!!!!

But I like the other reason better ... That he has sensed Maniks love!!

Though I doubt it is that!

He knows something going on between MaNan. its three or four time Ahsan he had encounters .. n bathroom crashing when nandini was with Manik . though he hid her but Cabir is also not a 2 yr old kid . he knows Manik since so long. i just hope cabir will fix all issues

He already told him that nowadays he is doing Nandini Nandini alot. 😆 Then very confidently Manik told him that he can trust her she won't use the secret. Come on she was supposed to be Manik's enemy right ? 😆 Then when he went to talk to Manik he shouted at him for Nandini. Obviously now he can sense that there is something between them. 😃
