Parineeti to take a break post KD

Parineeti Chopra goes the Rani Mukerji way; to take a break from movies after Kill Dil

It is well-known in the corridors of Yash Raj that Parineeti Chopra is Rani Mukerji's favourite and that Rani sees a resemblance of her own spunky spirit in Parineeti. So it comes as no surprise to know that like Rani after Saathiya, Parineeti is taking a break for a while after Kill Dil.

By a strange coincidence both Saathiya and Kill Dil were directed by Shaad Ali. Just before the release of Saathiya, Rani Mukerji had confessed to me that she wanted to take a break from all her further assignments until she saw audiences' reaction to Shaad's film."

Parineeti Chopra sounds exactly like Rani did just before the release of Saathiya, when she says, "After Kill Dil releases, I will take a break. I won't be seen on screen for maybe the next 9-10 months."

Parineeti Chopra admits she's reading a lot of scripts. "I may sign something soon. But I first want to see the audiences' reaction to my performance in Kill Dil before deciding on what kind of film to do next."

In the meanwhile, Parineeti has other plans. "I am taking a 2 week holiday to meet my best friends in Karachi and Dubai."

Is she going to Karachi or Dubai? "I'd love to go to Karachi. But we aren't meeting in Karachi. And not in Dubai either. I've gone to Dubai so many times that I know every corner of the place So no thanks. We three sahelis will meet up at a fourth destination."

Cos she doesnt have any movies after that

On a parallel universe😆 , Parineeti would have been shooting Mr. and Mrs. Tapoori with Ranbir (KJO movie), unknown project with Saif/ Dinesh Vijeyan and Piku with Amitabh and Irfan...

small mistakes, overconfidence and stupidity can change your life. This is what has happened. I have an uncertain feeling whether she will recover from this.

The only lifeline is YRF and if decides to cast her in a big movie in future, she might bounce back. She needs to be serious because all actresses might talk with her as friends but everyone is too clever.. she seems good-hearted but doesn't realize how industry works
