Awful that Pragya is stopping to this level with Aliya. A little slap on the hand and all will soon be well bet/ Bhabhi and nanand. This is what we as women have to learn, bow your head to your husband even if he is an affair mongering, petty name calling, no room for two pennies in his attic kind of guy; also do saashtang to all his relatives, esp to his witchy sister; and bury your self respect and individuality twenty thousand leagues below the sea, this way you will earn punya enough to vault you straight into pavitratha heaven, and while you are contemplating that eternal bliss that will one day be yours for trampling your own self respect, you can also indulgently dwell on your husband's verbal humiliating abuse as cutsie nok jhoks.
Sick the way they are illogically portraying a once promising story.

First off, love how you put this. 👏

Second, the bolded probably bothers me the most. This is my first Indian soap. I wish I had known all along how the heroines turn out to be. I probably wouldn't have bothered watching (and now I can't seem to stop in the hopes she returns to form). And everyone kept insisting Pragya was different based on how she kept turning down relationships in the early episodes that were demeaning to her self worth. Now suddenly she doesn't seem to care about that at all. She doesn't fight for herself. She lets her husband do whatever he wants even though she could use Daadi to keep him in check. She even helps him cover up his sins whereas all he can do is hate on her for sins she didn't even commit. Worst of all, she falls in insta-love with him over one little incident. It's a pretty absurd story development given how kick-ass she was in the first episode of this series.

I get that narratively Pragya will go above and beyond with her goodness because he's the one under MU, but still needs to fall in love. However, enough is enough. 150 episodes of a merry-go-round, it feels like!

Very frustrating to watch :( feel like giving her a shake. And those eye locks in the midst of his hate and her insta-love (like that word!) are supposed to make us feel like it is all well worth it. Wish life were as simple as gazing into the other's eyes with that peek making a soul connection in spite of all the empty, virulent stuff being mouthed by the hero. Tired of her gooey eyed looks at him and her happy acceptance of his juvenile bad behavior.
