Because for real she is a whiny, manipulative girl with very little personality. She tries to overcompensate for it with the tattoos, hair and weird accessories. She thinks it will make her look like a kickass, cool, bindaas chick. It may at first but once you see enough of her you realize that she's just another whimpering weak girl with a very gossipy annoying personality. Take away her support system and watch her crumble. Take away her tattoos , hair and funky clothes and watch her disappear into being a squeaky wallflower

In other words the whole put on look of hers is meant to go with her put on attitude of being a strong, no nonsense type. It is to create the illusion of the fake persona she wants to project.

That's part of her charm. I actually like her unique personality. Makes her different and noticeable.

she is unconventional i like that

she doesnt dress up the way women are supposed to i find that something worth appreciating

i am not sure if you know her history if you did maybe you can understand why she dresses up differently
