Written Update: 10:45 Murder

A joker enters the hospital and tells at the reception that he needs to be operated immediately else he would die at 10.45. The nurse refuses to believe him. One nurse is shocked at hearing the time. Seeing that his pleadings are going in vain, the joker runs and reaches the operation theatre and pleads them. But the doctors call the security and he threatens them with a knife.
The nurse heads home and looks for her sister Roma who is upstairs packing her bag. She asks her what 10.45 meant because she had heard her speaking to someone over the phone regarding it and explains the hospital scene. Roma finally tells that her life is in danger. Roma tells that it was too late to do anything.
In the operation theatre, the joker, Vicky is still pleading. The doctor is about to give an injection when Vicky sees the time, mocks at them and falls down dead. They try to revive him with electrodes but in vain. They are puzzled.
Roma pushes away her sister, here in the house, picks up her sister's phone and moves away locking the room paying no heed to her sister's assurances.
In the forensic lab, Abhi sir asks how Vicky knew the exact time of his death. Dr. Salunkhe tells that he had died because of a heart attack. It is revealed that he is from a Zango Circus. The scan shows the presence of a chip right next to his heart. No sooner had Dr.Salunkhe taken it out, than the chip explodes in his hand. Dr. Salunkhe is puzzled as to how a chip can explode without an explosive and counts in the possibility. They decide to go to the Zango Circus.
In the office, two people are talking to the manager when the team enters. One of them tells that Vicky and he were close friends but for the past few days Vicky was behaving strangely and that he was getting money too. He also says that Vicky had agreed to do a private program elsewhere. The other man with him tells that Vicky had silently gone to a hospital without telling anyone. The manager is shocked to hear all this. The first man shows ACP sir a paper where details of the part he went were written.The one sentence stating "Payment for actual work" puzzles him. ACP sir tells them that Vicky is no more.
In Chirag(the party house), the father tells them that Vicky had continually gone into his room where his locker was kept. The mother tells that Vicky had put up a very good show and they were all happy. Hearing the father's statements, they check the locker and find a fingerprint. ACP sir asks him to open the locker and he does it. He says that although all the jewels were intact, some papers were strewn. ACP sir learns from him that he is a security agent who secures many files and important papers. ACP sir wonders why someone would give him 50k rs just for this.
In the forensic lab, Salunkhe sir shows Abhijeet sir a camera got from Vicky's shirt. Everything falls into place. Purvi asks sir if he got any evidences from the camera. Salunkhe sir tells that more than him Andy knew about it. Andy tells them that the camera was an imported model from Germany and was difficult to get in Indian markets, used by international spies in sting operations. He says that the camera had an in built mike system. So they learn that their conversations might have been heard by the criminal. Abhi sir asks him to trace the signal. Andy gets the signal 10kms from the lab and is also asked to get the exact spot.
Andy leads the team to an apartment and upon reaching the block, Andy tells them that was it. The watchman tells them that two girls were living here but were strange. They used to come late at night and leave before sunrise and also talk about prison and stuff. The teams enters the house and upon checking they find a PC where all the recording has been going on. Andy roots out the recordings and then ACP sir asks him to play the recording of the party night. Divya is checking the room and finds an unconscious lady in the bathroom. The recording data shows 9 blueprints of various areas across Mumbai. Upon Divya's call, they enter the room and the girl is revived. The girl's name is Monika and she tells that she was brought there forcefully. Suddenly she gets a chest ache and ACP sir calls Salunkhe sir. He tells that he wants him to check the girl for any chip in her heart to avoid damage and notice elsewhere. After much persisting, Salunkhe agrees to do it.
I turns out that a chip is indeed inside her heart, timed for 10.45. Andy tells that if they had the remote to it, he could stop the time. The cardiac surgeon too, tells that since the chip was very close to the heart, removing it might cost the patient's life. Now they had 4 hours in hand. The other information shows the profile of 3 people- Vicky, Monika and Roma.
The team comes to Roma's house and they force themselves inside and finds Roma's sister Parinita in the study room. She tells that Roma didn't tell anything to her. They try to call Roma by taking Roma's and her number but both the numbers are switched off. Sachin says that perhaps because of her love for her sister Roma did this deed. She tells them about her sister's association with 10.45 and narrates the incident in the hospital. She tells that she had not overheard much from the phone call but she had heard her say that something was going to happen. The team gets her workplace address and goes there.
In Roma's workplace, the manager lady tells that Roma was so distracted that she often took leave during important shooting and once had delivered a wrong footage for telecasting and also tells that she was very good at her work earlier. The lady also tells that she had taken leave 15 days ago and after that she was finicky about everything and tells that she had removed her from all important work and that Roma wasn't picking up her calls too. Just then a lady enters and tells that Roma had come in a hurry and gone. She tells that she had a bag in her hand and that a camera in the store room was missing. Kavin asks for the CCTV footage of the place.
Pankaj tells Abhijeet sir that Monica had been working in a car maintenance company. Purvi says that the criminal how a criminal can get a work done from a car maintenance supervisor. Abhijeet says that they had to find it and the time was running out. Here now, they are talking to Monica. Monica says that while waiting outside the office to catch an auto, someone had hit her on the head and that while she regained consciousness she was in the apartment. Monica says that the people had taken her to various places, blindfolded. She also adds that someone had given her something in her hand but she doesn't remember what it is. Abhijeet sir insists her to think deeply. She then remembers it and tells that they had given her a box which had so many wires in it. Abhijeet sir and others are scared it might be a bomb. Monica even upon insisting tells that she can't remember where she left it and then suddenly an acute pain comes to her chest and they take her to the hospital.
Sachin says that only half an hour was left for it to strike 10.45. Shreya asks how the people who gave her the explosive can be found. ACP sir asks her to call the bomb squad. In the OT, Dr. Salunkhe is trying to take the chip. Dr. Salunkhe tells the doctors that the time was closing in and that they have to hurry up. The doctors say that the chip was somehow tied to her and that was why she got a heart attack. Dr. Salunkhe insists that they cut it chord. The process goes on and finally the chip is taken out. Dr. Salunkhe runs out with the chip and places it in the tool kit amidst so much chaos and the chip explodes in seconds. Sachin says that the criminal at first had gotten hold of Vicky to steal blueprint and then Monica to implant a bomb. ACP sir says that they mist find out the mystery behind his using Roma.
Dushyant says Abhijeet sir that no information was found regarding the bomb mentioned by Monica. Abhi sir says that maybe Monica had planted the bomb in the car that she can easily within her reach in the company itself. Pankaj is checking the list of car contacts in the company while Purvi checks Roma's phone details. Pankaj says that the company had contacts with call centers, banks, schools etc. Purvi calls Abhijeet sir and tells that Roma had been to the the Public Park, MNC Office and Thomas school. Dushyant says that the areas came around the vicinity of Roma's project. Asked about the spots below, it was of a Global Numero Bank and it is revealed that neither did the area come under the range of her project nor did Roma have any account there. They decide to find out.
The team comes to the bank and asks the watchman. Then as the team gos futher inside, Dushyant spots Roma and they go inside the manager's room. When Daya sir is asking about her plans, she suddenly falls with chest pain. The manager offers to take her to the hospital but pleads the team to save the money that was just sent to the ATM.
We see a car coming. Few men in another car shoot at the vehicle and shoot the guard down and loot it and the team arrives at the moment. As they move ahead to catch them, a blinding gas blinds them all and Roma stands there her gun pointing at Divya. Roma says that her dad was the head of the Board of Directors. But someone else had involved him in a fake allegation and had taken his place and that her dad had died of a heart attack. So she had involved two other people (Vicky and Monica) in her plan. She makes her getaway when Daya sir picks up the backup gun from his leg and shoots her. A fight takes place and the criminals are silenced. Daya sir says that she will be punished for the crime.
