ALWAYS BE MINE!

Part 5:

"Andar jaake mein kya karungi. I ll better leave for FITE. Parth ko confront karungi ab toh mein, pagal samaj rakha hai mujhe!" Vidushi left the mandap.

'Thank God! Shaadi cancel ho gayi. Sanyukta ki face Dekhne layak hoga ab toh' Randhir walked inside the mandap with a sense of satisfaction. Little did he know, that nothing was over yet. In fact, things were about to start in his life.

Sanyukta's dad was surrounded by a group of old men, so called distant relatives of Sanyukta.

One said, 'Kishore! Yeh tumne acha nahi kiya beta.. Tu ne Khud apni beti ki Shaadi rok di! Aise nahi Karna chahiye tha tumnhe!'

One another man said 'Ab kya hoga Sanyukta beti ka! Ab kaun karega Isse shaadi!' I guess he belonged to the Stone Age, such old and stupid was his thoughts.

Sanyukta's dad stood there listening to all this bluff. He seemed like another avatar of Aloj Nath ji. Beti ka kanyadhaan kiye bina unhe shayad nind bhi nahi ayegi.

Sanyus dad: Toh mein kya karun, apni beti ki shaadi us kamine se karwane se acha uski shaadi hi na karun.

Sanyukta exclaimed, thank you papa yehi toh chahthi Hun mein. She couldn't say it loud as she was supposed to be in a foul mood still. (Uski shaadi tuti hai bhai)

Another man said, ' Sameer se nahi hui toh kya hua koi Aur se karwado itne saare ladke hai yahan'

Sanyukta wanted to kill that man, who suggested this innovative idea, at the very moment. She was so angry.

Randhir was shocked to listen to this conversation.. 'Aaj tak Mujhe laga sirf Sanyukta pagal hai, par Aaj pata chal Gaya hai mujhe.. Sirf woh nahi uski poori khandaan pagal hai' Randhir was frustrated..

Unbelievable! She isn't a doll, is she? Aise kaise kisi ke saat bhi shaadi karwa denge uski! Pata nahi Aur Kitna saare Chomus ka muh thodna padega Mujhe. Somehow, Randhir hoped none of the guys would come forward.

To his shock, a guy did come forward. He looked as if he had been eating only Ladoos for his breakfast, lunch and dinner. He looked a big sized ladoo himself.

'Uncle mein karunga Sanyu se shaadi!' He smiled wide showing off all his 32 teeth.

Sanyukta never even dreamt that such things could ever happen with her. How can her dad do this with her? How could he be so insensitive? She was shocked to the core, somewhere in the corner of her heart, she felt he would say No. But life isn't that easy.

Sanyukta's dad did not seem to have an option. He was completely transformed into Alok Nath. He looked at his son, Ankit came nearby and said 'Papa Sanyu ki shaadi kara dete hain is bande se! Yeh hamare khandan ka izzat ka sawaal hai'. He was talking about izzat, something what he himself forgot when he kept failing in his exams. Such a loser he was!

Sanyuktas dad finally said yes, Sanyukta ki shaadiii..

'Mujhse hogi' Randhir finished the sentence.

What the hell is happening with me, pehle Chomu, fir Ladoo ab yeh!!! Sanyukta felt as if she ll faint any moment now..

Sanyus dad: Tumse?? Kya Bol rahe ho tum?

Randhir: Haan agar aapko Sanyukta ki shaadi karwani hi hain, toh Mujhse karwa dijiye.. She loves me and I love her too. We sacrificed our love only for your happiness. Ab mein use kisi Aur ka hone nahi de Sakta. I will marry her!! He said firmly.

Sanyuktas dad face fell in shame. He turned and looked at his daughter in anger. Sanyukta, who hadn't recovered from the shocks she had been receiving all this morning, kept silent.

Someone from the stone era spoke again. "Chalo karwado shaadi, ladka acha hai!"

Randhir felt like kissing that person for giving such a sweet opinion. Sanyuktas dad signalled Randhir to get on the mandap.

Randhir walked up the mandap, held Sanyuktas hand and took her with him.. He made her sit in the mandap and sat beside her. Sanyukta's dad, mom and brother all were shocked to see some Random guy sitting beside their daughter.

Randhir felt very guilty of what he had done. But he had no other choice. He couldn't let his Sanyukta be a wife of some random guy.

Panditji gave the mangalsutra to Randhir. He did not want to waste any more time. Sanyukta was still looking at him shockingly. He made her wear the mangalsutra and filled her maang with sindhoor.. There was pin drop silence in the mandap that was buzzing so much a while ago.

Yes, Finally Randhir and Sanyukta were married. They were officially a couple now.

Randhir thought to himself " Aaya toh Sanyukta agarwal ki shaadi rokne, par Use Sanyukta Shekawat banake le Jaane wala Hun!! Pata nahi ab kya hoga!" For the very first time ever in his life, he was afraid to face Sanyukta.

For Sanyukta, it wasn't the last shock of the day. She was going to get another in just a while from now..

It was the weirdest moment of her life.. Am I really married to Randhir? She wondered. Once her worst enemy, few weeks back he became her best friend par ab husbannnddd.. She felt something in her stomach when she imagined Randhir as her husband.

Shaadi ke baad, saare relatives left(of course after having their lunch, Waise bhi Kuch log sirf khaane ke liye shaadiyon me aate hai ) Sanyukta's parents did not bother to wait even a minute after their relatives left. Randhir and Sanyukta were left alone in the mandap. Sanyukta did not even look at Randhir. He could understand, she was so upset. They both came out and took a taxi. Sanyukta sat in one corner of the seat and Randhir sticked himself to another corner. It looked as if he was making himself ready to jump out of the taxi any moment now. Sanyukta might give him a kick anytime.

They reached Agarwal Mansion.. Ankit was trying to console his dad ' Papa aap Itna Kyun soch rahe ho? Sanyukta ki shaadi karni thi hame woh chahe Sameer se ho ya Shekawat se kya faraq padta hai?"

Randhir and Sanyukta tried entering her house, aarti utarne wala bhi koi nahi tha. Jaise hi they made an attempt to enter the house, they heard a loud scream "Ruk Jao Wahi ke Wahi! Tum log andar nahi aa sakte!" Sanyukta's dad screamed at the top of his voice.

Randhir couldn't stop himself from giggling even at such a serious situation. "Lagta hai Sanyukta ke papa Bahut Saare serials dekhte hai! Bilkul Waise hi reactions de rahe hain Alok nath ji matlab mere sasur ji" he thought..

Sanyu's dad: Tum Aaj se meri beti nahi! Mein tumhe bhul chuka Hun. Sabke saamne beizzati senna pada Sirf tumhare wajah se

Sanyu: Papa aap aise kyun Bol rahe ho? Please Mujhe Maaf kar dijiye.

Yaar yeh sab kya ho raha hai! Yeh mere sasural hai Ki drama stage. Jab dekho everyone is either screaming at the top of their voice ya phir crying. Randhir felt annoyed. He could even guess what the next scene will be in this drama matlab situation.

Sanyukta's dad went inside and came back in a hurry with a suitcase. He threw it out and said " Chali Jao yahan se aur kabhi apni shakal mat dikhana Mujhe" He closed the door in a hurry as if he had a train to catch. Randhir was still wondering " Yeh Sanyukta Ki suitcase pack kab kiya Hoga sasur ji ne"

Sanyukta was totally down. Everything has changed drastically in her life. Things will never be same again. Sanyukta went to lift her suitcase, Randhir stopped her and picked it up. "I am not going to let you take any burden from now on.. I ll be by your side forever and ever" he promised to himself.

Sanyukta looked away, she somehow felt Randhir was the reason behind all of this. She started walking.. He walked alongside her, he couldn't dare even to say sorry to her. What if she breaks down again? I can't see her cry..

They boarded a bus and left for FITE.. Randhir offered her a packet of biscuits which he bought on the way. She gave him a loud stare and looked away. Slowly she fell asleep on his shoulders. She hadn't slept the previous night, so tired she was.. He smiled seeing her cute face, removed the hair that fell on her forehead and caressed her head slowly.

You have suffered so much. I will not let you suffer anymore. I ll take away all your pains. I deserve pain Sanyukta not you. It doesn't suit you as well. I ll do anything for you just say once that you'll be Mine always! Randhir had tears rolling down his cheeks. He carefully stopped them from reaching her face. He did not want to disturb his Angel. His sleeping beauty. Love you Sanyukta, he whispered..

It was the start of a new journey that will be bringing exciting as well as depressing moments in their lives. But who cares about the future, this moment, this very moment belonged to Sanyukta and Randhir, SanDhir!
