Reunion - too fast. too soon???

Hello all...

So looks like the reunion is coming up...thanks to the alter ego thingy that reminded Durga that Bani lives in there. Since this is being played out, I have a few questions for you.

Is the reunion being played out too fast? I personally think that way, because yet Bani does not know what had happened all those years ago. Neither has the Sahil murder case been completely solved.

But again, I also dont think they can delay the reunion anymore. Since the story is stagnating.

So what do you think this hurried reunion will bring in its wake?
I feel that if the MA and Sahil issues are not completely resolved, the proximity between JB will only stay physical (by which I do not mean s*x...for the uninitiated or ignorant or those who like to jump to conclusions 😡). It will be more of a compromise where two souls that long for each other and two hearts that beat for each will live as strangers under the same roof. They will never be able to come together in the real sense i.e. emotionally.

Should some more time be spent on trying to resolve the other issues as opposed to trying to bring them together so soon?

Will the quick reunion leave JB vulnerable to more issues?

I think this will most likely be the case. Bani will not trust Jai as much as she does AD. She will never learn the truth about her sisters involvement (even thought she hates her with all her might). AD's involvement and/or non involvement will never come to the front.

And by the time this all does come up will it be too late for JB? I think this is my biggest fear.

p.s.

I read a fanatastic script this morning for how to further the story...I recommemend you to read it too...

Maybe we can convince the author to send it to BT.

Nice post Rivya ji! 👍🏼

This is one thing where everyone just has to have faith in the creatives (that's if the faith isn't already dead 😆 )

I'm still a bit behind on KS, but unless the Sahil murder case has been mentioned recently, I reckon it's just going be be one of those loose ends that will probably just remain a loose end 😕

At the end of the day, it's good to see relevent things constantly happening in KS in order to keep the story moving. Toorkey was kinda cool because the pacing was fast... but the problem was the the culmination to the raaz was kinda lame and almost like an anti-climax.

If the creatives actually have a good MEDIUM-LONG TERM storyline ALREADY planned and ready to unleash on screen, then the reunion thing happening soon will be all good.

However, if the planning is bad and the couple do not have the backing of great stories, then they've had it

At the end of the day, the creatives have to make sure that Bani ends up knowing about EVERYTHING and therefore none of the usual 'holding the truth from the partner' thing doesn't happen again.

It's all down to the pens of the creatives.

Anyways, nice topic and nice questions 👍🏼

God bless.

Rivs,

good post, I loved the script by the realist...It covered all the angles and would fit perfectly...hope they use it.

I am like 'get with it already...' mode. Yes, it is too soon for the reconciliation, but the revenge has been too long...The always either drag it or rush it. Like JJ said, the Toorkey Raaz was a doozy, now I am sure, they will not use Sahil and keep it for another day. So the reconciliation is going to be a no brainer and probably unemotional (Gauging by RK's non-interest these days)

Take care,

Great post hun, and I totally agree with you that the reunion is being rushed. The whole Bani revenge track has been totally mishandled since day 1 with the Toorkey "raaz" thrown in and what a joke that was! The three clone track went nowhere, AD got on everyone's collective nerves and all that was left was J-B. Which is what the writers should have concentrated on from the beginning but true to form, they made a complete mess of things and now are trying to rush the reunion to make it better. Rather like trying to cure cancer with a band aid

Rivs,

Agree with u fully the reunion is being hastily patched up. There can be no true reunion until Bani is completely cleared of murder charges in the Sahil case and she knows the whole truth. That's why I have always been recommedning that JW does some Sujalgiri and get himself framed in the Sahil murder case and then Bani does some jasoosi. I dont see how Bani can ever come back to JW and trust him without him giving an agnipariksha of sorts.

But as Simi rightly observes the whole revenge track has been botched up. Which reminds me the Real McCoy- the Kash revenge track- is about to start on Star Utsav.

Pri

Rivs u hv said it! Even I feel its being rushed, but I think its because they hv already made the revenge track stale for 3 months and the story didnt move even a inch further. And from past few episodes they are showing everything in a fast forward mode! Actually they should hv utilised this revenge track in the past 3 months and could hv developed it so well! But as everyone says, better late than never 😉

They're deffo on a fast track to reunion, but I'm wondering if they'll manage to do a wrap in this week itself. As per AD's grand plan for DDG she had to achieve 4 goals to reach her aim. As per Durga's words yesterday, she's destroyed his wealth, business, reputation and has control over WM. But she's at the halfway mark coz Pia has to be destroyed and the Walias have to disintegrate. Can all of this happen in 4 episodes?? Pia's descent into madness hasn't even begun!! I don't think we should be too hopeful about the '10 episode' timeline. After all its not the first time we've been misled by the creatives.

PS- Read the script, but what's the point dreaming about logic and sensibility, the creatives are hell bent on dishing out rubbish.

Somali,

10 episodes may have been a hyperbole or more likely Mr. Bhosale may have meant that the next 10 epi scripts that he was about to write some epis script may have already been written

I guess you're right Pri. Just saying this coz most of us JB fans have been counting episodes ever since the article was published. Don't think the grand denouement will be this week.
