I don't know which cop you're talking about, Ravindra Patil was a policeman, maybe you're confusing one person as two, but Patil never claimed he was sitting at the back.

Just thought of more questions - who held a gun, who fired a gun, whose bullet hit the black buck and whose bullet killed the black buck? Did they all go with the intention of killing a black buck? Are they all being charged with killing the black buck or are some accessories?
