Though I was fine with the transfer of the project to Arnab's foundation one question lingers inside me. How can Dev be more powerful than Raj. Is Raj mad to think like that. Yes Dev had 50% shares. But didn't he sold shares worth 13 crore. So def that percentage would have come down from 50%. So even with shares less than 50% and with Durga's share he becomes more powerful means Raj doesn't have 50% holdings.
I mean is the remaining 50% is divided between Raj-Sakshi- Shaurya and then shareholders? I mean evil trio together holds less than50%?
So the real reason of Raj supporting Suchira-Dev is the 50% share Dev had , the shares which Arnab had got transferred to his son post his death.
Maybe a smart move by Arnab who might have known the danger coming to him and to ensure his family is safe did this transfer which Raj might have known only post Arnab's death.

Iska koi logic nahi hai😆

THe only thing we know is that Arnav had some shares for his would be daughter-in-law. After that was transferred to Durga, Dev became more powerful than Rajnath.

Dev has property of the elder son of Goenka and Raj is the younger son, so I guess in that way Dev can be more powerful than Raj 😆

shruti, i have been saying the same thing since the day dev sold a major chunk of his shares..the sold shares automatically wud be in the public market na, unless sum1 has bought it..ergo, the individual share of the company wud lie maximally with rajnath, not dev..the cvs forgot tht..
i guess, rajnath was in charge of arnab's shares till his will was carried out completely..like a caretaker..so he loses out on 10% of the shares now..

Has Raj forgotten the sale is what I am thinking. Shares have been lapped up Anu. The bank manager said Dev will get 13 cr. So they are already sold.
Raj is thinking Dev will take over company. To me that sounded joke of the year😆😆😆. Dev taking over company.

Didn't Akash buy those shares? And for a big company 15 crores worth of shares would be paltry - like 0.1%.

When did Akash buy these shares ? Those shares perhaps were bought by Rajnath.
Also, even if it makes 0.1% that must have lessened his share. How did it increase since both the Goenka brothers were 50% owners ?
