The garden area of the lavishing restaurant was almost full with people taking out time for their loved ones. it was evening and the yellowish rays of the sun was making that area amazing to spend time together.

''please let me talk to your mom'' sonakshi finally spoke up breaking the prolonged silence between dev and herself.
''it's nothing of use, she isn't going to deny but...'' Dev stopped in mid, knowing that she will be hurt from the truth she already knows.

Dev didn't looked at her just nodded slightly in yes not wanting to face her for not able to do anything to save their new fond relationship.

Sonakshi too was quit knowing the guilt he was going through.

Dev was continuously observing her actions from the time he denied her from talking to his mother. She was trying to hold back her tears hard brimming in her eyes.

''so what you have decided? going to marry someone of your mom's choice?'' sonakshi asked him finally taking a sip of her fourth coffee.

''are you mad?'' dev replied angrily ''i said that I can't upset my mom but I never said that I will leave you'' dev completed taking her hands in his own.

''shona you know how hard my mother struggled for her children's, she burnt herself every day so that me and my sister's can have everything we want, I have seen her struggling for earning just 20 rupees so that she can buy a notebook for me and what not'' sonakshi tightly held his shaking hands in her palms as dev's voice cracked remembering his bad days.

''shona it's now time for me to give her what she deserves, she made me what I am and for that I can do anything, if she didn't want me to marry you then I won't but shona i can't leave you too'' dev helplessly looked at sonakshi '' I know I am being selfish but...''

''always remember one thing, I will never upset my mom but that doesn't mean that I will marry someone else, I love you and I will never leave convincing my mother for our relationship, no matter how much time it will take but I know one day she will accept you with all her happiness and I promise you that day will come soon'' dev assured sonakshi.

''well I don't have to say or to hide, Tina should have told her about me being with you''

''she told maa that I am with you'' dev told sonakshi taking her by surprise but on receiving confused cum panic look from her he clarified while slightly laughing on her expression ''tina told maa that I am with you discussing over her diet chart''.

''you both lied?'' sonakshi asked sternly.

''no we didn't, we just told her half truth'' dev clarified.

''didn't matter, it's still a lie''

''ok fine, think whatever you want to'' sonakshi smiled on his cute expression for the guilt of lieing with his mother ''you're going to tell her anyway''.

Dev looked at her and innocently nodded in yes.

'' so are we going to meet everyday?'' sonakshi asked finally coming back to her fun loving mode.

''yes'' dev smiled at her self back.

''but we will not discuss on this topic everyday''

''then what we are going to talk?'' dev was literally confused on her statement.

''about anything and everything but not this, I don't want to see you feeling guilty our helpless neither I want to feel my self all this, that why leave this topic and will wait till maa herself will step forward and accept our relationship'' sonakshi completed to which dev just approved.

''so what if maa will select a girl for you?'' sonakshi asked him in a reading tone.

''i don't know'' dev replied ignoring my.

and their conversation kept on going with sonakshi's teasing and dev's answering and ignoring but one thing they both knew that whatever their promise is they are going to talk on this topic everyday and it will really hard to convince his mother for their relationship.

But the most important thing was that they both were together and no matter what and how hard situation will be one day they will be TOGETHER with their families happily standing with then.
