My internet connection is cutting out - this is all I was able to see.
- Mathur manipulates the Gunda sent to kill Dev and saves Dev's life. Dev asks why he saved him - they aren't even friends. Mathur replies that the enemy of an enemy (in this case Rajnath, Shaurya and Sakshi) is a friend.
- Dev and Mathur continue to talk and Mathur says there is no evidence against Shaurya, Sakshi or Rajnath. He destroyed all the evidence himself. He then tells Dev the whole story of how Shaurya raped Payal and why (revenge against Nitya's slap). They are interrupted by a message from jailer and Mathur realizes that Rajnath knows they have met and will make it difficult for Dev & Mathur to continue meeting. Mathur tells Dev they will meet again next day - to wait for his signal;
- Durga overhears Suchitra's conversation demanding someone setting up an office for Dev & Durga at the school, but without anything from Dev's office at Goenka's. She has finally awaken to the reality of the remaining Goenkas' dirty games - she tells Durga she senses that the family she has fought to hold together since her husband's death does not exist since Dev's return to Kolkata - maybe that family never existed.
- Rajnath tells Sakshi that Dev and Mathur have united in jail - he worries about Dev taking over the company. He is also worried that Durga will learn about the attack on Dev when she goes to get his signatures on the MOU;
- Durga arrives just then and Rajnath is phony nice to her. Durga taunts Sakshi to instigate her into finishing Raima.
- Dev and Mathur continue to talk and bargain in jail.
