Jai Ho - Overrated Or Not?

Jai Ho was one of the crappiest movies in 2014. But, the audience made it a semi hit. A lot of people on this forum didn't like it. But, is it still overrated or not? Please share your thoughts. 😉

When u talk to ppl who dnt come on IF or on any other social network their response is that they like the movie. They dnt speak about salman's acting or non acting(as some consider) bt rather the msg in it. So I guess the only place it is under rated is here other places its neither under or over rated. If it was better made it might have connected more with ppl it had a good msg.

I haven't seen Jai Ho. But I don't understand the concept of semi hit. They even called Tees Maar Khan a semi hit, and that's the lowest low of filmmaking ever.

It was barely average but not the worse Salman Khan movie...It was much better than Dabangg 2 IMO.

Soundtrack is underrated tho.

Overrated? didn't know it was rated

The arm biting and the roaring in the trailer kept me from watching it, Salman has taken his role as Tiger serious, like real serious 😆

It sucked.

From recent years

on one hand we have some totally mind-blowing salman khan movies, Dabbang and Ek Tha Tiger. these two are probably among best of salman.

Then we have, KICK which was quite good but just not as good as dabbing and ett.

Then we have Bodyguard which was decent family watch. Dabbang 2 was okay too.

Then we have worst of worst Jai HO and READY

I don't even know what semi hit means.

Either a hit or flop in my book. 😕
