Bhoomi or Devika - Does it really matter

Hi everyone,
I am Prerna here and have been on this forum for quite sometime but never really formally introduced myself..
I have started this topic as I wanted to point out the following fact :

It has already been proved that Yuv was the one who paid the fellows to drug Arjun and remove the brakes and the witnesses also testified to it in court. Now what I wanted to know is
What has Bhoomi's identity got to do with the case of Arjun's murder ?
Whether she is Bhoomi or Devika ..how does that prove Yuv innocent and exonerate him ?
Anyways Yuv would be punished in a court of law for Arjun's murder because of the overwhelming eveidence against him ...

Since I have stopped watching Saarthi after Arjun'S death and follow the story through the updates thanks to Maleka and Pinky Khan ( keep up the good work you two - really appreciate it 👏👏👏 ) I donno if I am missing something here !!
But please comment on my points ..What do u guys think ? Is this track justifiable or is it another blooper from the saarthi creative team ?

Dont think that name would matter as long as it is proved that Yuv killed Arjun, but as we see they used the name to shift the blame of killing Arjun on Devika.

I guess once its established that she is Bhoomi and not Devika, blame will be on Yuv once again.

Hope they do not drag this track for ages.

welcome to sif prerna 🤗 ......i agree with zohra on this....it's all mansen's plan to get yuv out of trouble.....and sadly,in court all tht matters is proof and not the truth.....toh because of this brilliant plan of mansen's, bhoomi's identity crisis will point the suspicion needle towards her...she has never given any real proof of her being bhoomi whereas dr.tusshar has agreed tht its DP not bhoomi...if u c proof-wise then bhoomi's not bhoomi but DP....and if u saw thurs epi u heard wat natasha said rite? ki bhoomi herself is behind goenka's property and this was all her plan..hope this cleared some of ur doubts 😊

What occurs to me now is what the lawyer for Yuv is doing is only based on presumptions..
She is presuming that sine DP/Bhoomi survived both accidents she is DP and after Gornka'S wealth..but the court goes on proofs !!
All the proofs are that Yuv paid to get Arjun drugged and to get the brakes of the cars failed. this has been proved in court already..
I really don't understand all this twisting that is going on in court ! Has nobody heard of simple DNA testing ? They can check DP/Bhoomi's DNA with anybody from her family and it can be proved that she is BHOOMI not DP..

Why do I find Saarthi getting more and more unbelievable by the day very similar to the Ekta SErials ??

hey Prerna! Actually yes they could have done some DNA testin stuff to prove that she is BHumi.....not Devika! But the problem here is that there is no one from her family is present in current scenario!! And as far as the proofs.....when the court has presumed that She is devika parekh and not bhumi they wuld assume that she must have bought out the witnesses......to be against yuvraj!!Mansen twisted the case so the suspicsion goes on Bhumi....Bhumi hadnt been able to prove that she is Bhumi.....and as far as mansen he has given enough proof to the court to say that .....infact make the court belive that BHumi is INfact Devika.....And the proof for this bein...Dr Tusshar!!So the court would now think that she is devika and she actually killed bhumi!! Because Dr tushar's said she is devika and masen and co. used this to their benefit!

DNA wud b the best option! But in shows they do not think of simple ways till the very end, one reason only to drag the story...

In real court when it is proven that suspect is guilty, thats it! But in shows such twist n turns r always expected...Wats disappointing is that once this serial use to b beyond our predictions...We wud get to c stories never shown n thats wat made the show worthwhile but now like u have said they have turned twds common path where we can easily predict wat will happen...

Mansen n gang r simply trying to give the case a new turn by shifting all the blame on Bhoomi...When seeing to it, Bhoomi wud have the most motive to kill Arjun n act as Devika...They really have made a simple case very complicated...
