It doesnt matter what "kind" of touch it was - touch is touch - especially under the blanket. If it was indeed just a "friendly" touch why did it have to be under the blanket?

& no one is calling Sonali a "Savitri" - its a very simple thing - you dont touch ANYBODY (male or female) without their consent. I dont know why this is so hard to understand.

Because everyone was under the blanket...

And it matters what kind of touch it was.

you're right noone knows this - HOW DO WE KNOW WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED
and on this logic no sexual harassment ever in this world can be proven because noone knows what kindof touch it was, except the victim!

Here's your answer Hippo

No Attempt To Touch A Woman Without Her Permission Is A Harmless Joke. Nothing justifies it - NOTHING. If you think otherwise - you need to go and reassess your own value system. This really is NON-NEGOTIABLE, NON-JUSTIFIABLE, NON-EXCUSABLE, NON-FORGIVABLE, NON-ACCEPTABLE. It cannot be emphasized enough.

The sole judge of whether a touch was appropriate or inappropriate is the woman herself. If she's uncomfortable - it's not acceptable. The sole way to be safe from "false" accusation - Keep Your Hands to Yourself - plain and simple. If you did not touch her, she cannot complain that your touch was inappropriate. Really, it's not on a doctor's prescription that you go around touching women anywhere you please.

Seriously? Even a prostitute gets to say who is allowed to touch her and who is not. And just because she is getting cozy or whatever, that is her business. Doesn't mean any tom dick and harry and can do whatever they feel like. And all those who are posting pics of 'sanskriti sonali' needs to watch the video again. It was upen who initiated the coziness/cuddling business. And still no one will call him out for inappropriate behavior or being a loose a character and will come up this culture shit to point out how its wrong for a woman to do so but not for a man. Typical patriarchal society behaviour.

@TMGranted she is an attention seeker. So? Anyone can do whatever they feel like? If I want attention of 2 people simultaneously does it give a 3rd person the right to shower his attention- the 3rd person in question with whom I don't even share civil relations with- in the pretext of masti? Why did he think he can do masti with her? Is he even her friend to begin with. And those who want to know how do we know what happened they are clearly under the impression that they know what happened. So please do tell us. With proof.

NEWSFLASH for all men out there !!!!!!!!!!!
You cannot touch a woman without her consent. There's no ifs and buts to it.

Coming back to sonali issue. Its her body her wish. And ali has said that he touched her leg but as a joke. So TM you can't claim that sonali is lying coz ali said he touched her. Now sonali has never been friendly or cozy to ali. So I can't understand what made ali think its all fine and ok to touch her under the blanket. If she is fooling around with upen or gautam then how does that make it ok for ali to touch her.

And every women has the right to say no and complain if a man touches her without her consent.

Yes for all women out there-: Its your body and only you are the owner of your body. When somebody touches you without your consent,do not hesitate to speak up.REMEMBER THAT'S YOUR BODY.

Keep my value system out of it and stick to discussion.

There are two different situations. Two stranger meeting in a train. One touches others. There you know that you just cannot touch the girl. Period. She doesnt have to say anything

Here 13 people are living. Some are sleeping with each other. They share bed, the are laughing, they are under one kambal drinking tea. In this situation one touches another every second minutes. I have seen all hugging each other. This is not about strangers. Here you are ONLY going to know the boundary when other person tells you.

Ali did it Sonali said I dont like u doing it. Ali came to know her consent.

Now if he were to do again then I would have blasted this takle. However he apologized

Lets end it. I have heard sonali is back to her flirting ways
