KHKN is probably one of SRK's most underrated films and in my opinion his best performance to date. The movie sadly didn't do well at the box office and picked up much later as a classic.

What makes KHKN a good movie is that it is simple, realistic and relatable. Like many of his roles SRK is not larger than life. He is just an average joe. A scrawny middle class boy who isn't very smart but has a knack for music. This movie shows SRK can act without hamming or going over the top.

I do hope someday he makes more films like KHKN again.

I just finished watching the movie an hour ago, for the first time.

Loved it. A very simple story we all can experience in our lives. SRK's portray of a simple guy who fails at school, have passion for music against parents wishes, and is trapped in one side love, was amazing, it was realistic. And we were given a message of how to handle situations like these. The girl got married to the guy she loved. Normally the hero (SRK) would be playing the lover, Chris' role, but here we saw the perspective from the second guy in the love story that we normally dont see in other lovestories. And our hero ended up finding true love, too. The person that was made for him. Life moves on. What is best for you may not always be what you think. Here the hero's love was someone else all along.

How I wish we saw more than few minuts of Shahrukh and Juhi in the end. They were just adorable ❤️
