IKR, Nita. No matter what TVD gives us I can never stop watching. I am a little biased for TVD. The Delena and Damon fan in me would never let me stop watching. 😆 The first three seasons has marked a level for TVD but even the writers cannot help it. What story would they bring to keep us glued to our screens. And with The Originals being gone with their spin-off makes things a little difficult for them.Originally posted by: NitaMikealson
Aliya this is tvd we are talking about as the season progress all out hopes are crushed burned and throw in the trash. Then they will give what we want it'll the finale so we keep watching the next season only to repeat the cycle all over again.

Also for someone who hates him now the revelation that she used to love him should have brought out some emotion but she was like a robot during the whole reading the diary sequence.That is my main problem not the fact she says damon is a monster. She used to say it till season 2. So nothing new on that front.

And I completely agree with you. Elena is left with bad memories only. She only remembers how Damon snapped Jeremy's neck in front of her, how he killed Vicki for no reason, how he left trail of innocent bodies all over the streets of Mystic Falls. She probably is right in her place. Ric took all the good things that ever existed for her. I don't know but I found the crying and broken Elena much better. I loved her when she used those herbs to hallucinate Damon. I loved her when with all her will she tried to let him go but couldn't. I loved her when she told how she loved him when she didn't want to. May be all these repeatitive scenes with Elena saying all that about Damon is not exciting anymore. It once was when she actually used to hate Damon. And when she got to know about the compulsion her reactions were a bit weird (I know because of the compulsion) but something was amiss. I cannot pin-point...something was. I don't know if I am making any sense or not. 😆 Hopefully with the coming episodes all my weird expectations goes away. 😆

Now they are doing the same by stalling the anger of De n fans. By doing so they can move on with the story but also save them selves from our scrutiny.
