Another blooper. Jails have a timing when a person can visit which is never at night. Also it is the jail authorities which decides whom to permit to meet. The major preferance are given to those serving for longer periods and on death role.

The case has no steam. Ram should not only get bail but should be released until and unless the state can prove that the evidence which is the CD is doctored.

The lawyers are foolish. They are defence lawyers and not the procecutor they can appeal to the higher court based on newer evidence and erronous judgement.

About the murderer my guess is CVs still have not finalised, though they may have some charecters in mind. But it definitly is not Khush or Sid else they would not have kept it as a suspence.
