Aamir travels Economy class to Tokyo for Dhoom:3

Less than an hour ago (his flight departed at 21.10 hrs), Aamir Khan flew out of the CSI Airport in Mumbai. The actor is traveling to Tokyo to attend the "Dhoom:3" screening on October 29 at the ongoing Tokyo International Film Festival.
Interestingly, the actor travelled with his team in Economy class in an All Nippon Airways (ANA) instead of First Class. Reason being this ANA flight (which didn't have first class) will reach Tokyo in less than nine hours, while other premiere airline fleets take a longer route, with a stopover at Singapore.
According to a source at Yash Raj Films, their travel desk was surprised to hear about Aamir's ticket preference. "Even Adi (Aditya Chopra) had asked him to take a more comfortable flight, but the actor was keen on saving up on travel time," adds the source.
The actor is also scheduled to do the live interaction post the telecast of "Satyamev Jayate" from Tokyo this coming Sunday.
