Ri...to answer your question on the doors not being closed...that's generally true in soap land but the one 4 lions show I saw it didn't!

And why they don't close...

1. Mostly there is a couch or sofa on which either husband or wife will sleep...how will the family come to know if the door js always locked and no one can barge in😆.

2. There are so many people in the house in shows...each one of them will take turns in interrupting romance of any kind so that the show can go on and on and on!
