The best part of today's episode was Ishita asking Mani to leave her alone. For someone who claims to be her best friend Mani did not even have a clue about Ishita's state of mind and not for once thought that she needed time and space to recuperate from the insult she had incurred at the event. Interesting thing to note here is that despite calling him her best friend Ishita did not want him to see her at her most weakest, vulnerable state. However, if we look back, she was completely shaken and even broken down during her Amma's accident yet had no reserve to show her vulnerable self to Raman who by the way consoled and comforted her to an extent that no one can imagine or think of. I have no worries about Mani turning negative or him staying positive simply because of the fact that how much ever Raman might think he is not who Ishita deserves to be with it is he who she finds peace and solace at her most weakest, vulnerable state. The same goes for Raman who thinks that he can set her free and stay away from her cannot even stand the thought of losing the simplest of all things that she had gifted him. It would be nice to see if Raman comes across all the things that he had given her which she had cherished and kept safely. These two do not give credit to all the things that they have selflessly done for each other. He thinks that he has not given her anything other than his taunts and she thinks that she does not hold any value in his life.As much as I was mad at Ishita for inadvertently putting Raman through this heart ache I could no longer stay mad at her. Both DT and KP were fabulous in the emotional scenes. DT nailed it with her outburst when she cried her heart out and finally consoled herself. I just felt bad for the both of them today and so sad to see Raman becoming his cold, distant and withdrawn self. Why wouldn't these two talk? He is back to his taunting, cold, distant self and she is still clueless as to why he is behaving this way. She should atleast start to wonder that it's got something to do with her since this is the same guy who came running to her to share the news of being nominated for the Asian Business head position. What changed now and why is he behaving so indifferently? I have high hopes on Toshiji and I think she will sort this out and get a clue on why Raman is behaving this way. She is his mother after all and a mother's heart knows a way to find the cause of her children's troubles and sorrows. On a different note, the whole YHM team deserves an applause and due credit for continuing with the show despite the fire incident. They did not even take a break from telecasting an episode and are still making sure to entertain us with the episodes. Hats off to the whole cast and crew!
Decent episode.
Mani and Ishita are giving each other a tough competition in playing dumber and dumbest. Raman has said in their face that they have ruined his happy family, they are home breakers but none can link it to the innumerable amount of time they spend with each other?!πRaman told Mani that he is more with Ishita than him her husband and still nothing! Ishita knew he doesnt like her friend, he was jealous, he has been shown irritated with her calling session with Mani 24/7 and she noticed it, Toshi has pointed out that tears on pillow was when Shagun betrayed him and Raman himself accused her of being a home breaker alongside Mani BUT madam can't connect the dots?! ...Raman is in character. Self deprecating mode. He is inflicting pain but himself is tortured by it. That he got only FB of Ishita being Ruhi ke liye Ishita is very telling. He has learned from Shagun time. Now he is ready to accept that you can force someone to love you. They married as a compromise to be Ruhi's parents and he thinks now that for Ishita that is all that there is to their marriage.Personally if I was in Raman's place, I wouldn't have accepted this bracelet. Linked with too much bitterness. Btw why would he get back the bracelet saying she bought it with care/love for him when he first believed she bough it for Mani and he even thinks they are having an affairπdidn't make a lot of sense to me...I hope he will remain distant as indicated in that scene where they saw their home burning. Let Ishita come to him. It's time she realises her actions had strong repercussions on him. She has good intentions but her actions can be misinterpreted, she has to be cautious and balance her relationshipDT was excellent in her portrayal of broken, flustered Ishita but to be honest the context didn't let me feel sympathic towards her. For someone who didn't expect credit, that sure is a strong reaction!I don't get why everyone is acting as if Raman praised Shagun. There were nothing flattering in that speech. It was full insult for his ex wife and the digs present in it for Ishita were understood by no one except Raman himself. Basically his speech was a la 'what doesn't kill you makes you stronger'. It was an unconvencial thank you speech highlighting the darker side, his bad experiences had pushed him to thrive to attain success, be more ambitious. Agree any wife would feel uncomfortable, miffed, angry and hurt with it but THIS level of broken was too much, OTT for me...My only hope is Toshi. Hope she will discuss with her son and will give pointers to Ishita (however disappointing it is that she needs someone literally spelling out what is wrong with her own husband) and hopefully madam will finally realise what has started all thisPrecap - still not interested in the character Mani. He seems to have a god complex. I'm tired of him so I'm not going to say more at the moment
possible aerynThanks Vyas.
Ps: of course I meant to say he is ready to accept you CAN'T force someone to love you. Just saw the typoπ³I believe he will try to live the relation only for Ruhi ke liye but not go for separation. He will let Ishita decide I think - either continue living in pretense or leave him to go to Mani ...
