sonali had not given Ali permission to get fresh with her. if she allows upen or Gauti to touch her, its her prerogative, she is comfortable with their touch it could be friendly, and platonic or intimate, but its with her permission.
Ali didnt have her permission or any hint for her that he should do so. just because a girl has boys as friends she is not cheep. and characterless and it does not mean any man can take a chance with her.
Ali may have thought that this girl is letting gauti and upen get close to her he should take a chance too. well he had no right to. and was and is totally wrong.
his behaviour is very disturbing and should be severely punished.
