Aahil too has been saying she's acting weird. Khala Khalu too say she's acting differently, and what they've seen is different than what Aahil has seen. Seher outright gave them reasons to be in wonder about this "new Sanam." So their greater wonder and amazement is because of what they've seen themselves. And even then, they are not exactly suspecting something off either, more so that they are amazed/scared/etc of the new Sanam who is so easily threatening them. They expressed wonder, but they too are not thinking 'this is not Sanam' or such.
They've not made Aahil illogical throughout the whole show for him to be suddenly logical, either.
