I was watching dawaat e Ishq movie yesterday night aired on Sony tv. The movie was on Muslim background. Hero from Lucknow & heroine from Hyderabad. Initially they gets married in heroines hotel room where only heroines dad & heros dad & mom was there. Both heroine & hero say that I so & so will you accept me as your life partner? The other says qubool hai! And gets declared that they got married.
Is that possible in islams to get married like this? Only with guardians as witness? No qazi no nikkahnaamma. Only accepting each other by saying there names?
