How is Sallu and SRK bigger stars then Aamir?

I'm not a die hard fan of anyone, I just appreciate good work and that's what Aamir does

but leaving that aside, how are the other 2 bigger stars than Aamir?

First film to cross 100cr = GHAJINI

First film to cross 150cr + 200cr = 3 Idiots

First film to cross 250cr = D3

Biggest grosser of all time = D3

All Aamir movies, so what star power is he lacking?

The excuses that I've been hearing is that, D3 was a franchise and 3I was Hirani film, what kind of logic is this?

And then they say Aamir can't make a masala movie hit and when he does (D3) then credit is given to franchise, so what was Ghajini?

So now Aamir has to make a 300cr, masala nonsense movie like SRK (HNY) to prove that he is on his level?

Because if he makes a good movie with good director like Hirani then credit is given to the director and the screenplay

so now aamir has to make a bagwaas movie with bagwaas director and starcast to prove his star power, kiya logic hain 👏

Where was SRK's star power in 2009?

Billu? Dulha mil gaya? MNIK? Ra1? Don2? JTHJ?

2 flops and others barely recovering costs.

And then they bring up the e.g. of Talaash. Let SRK or Sallu do talaash and I'll see how much money it makes.

Sallu is still in his comfort zone, jai ho wasn't an off beat movie as claimed by your sallu, that was hilarious 😆

Where was his star power during the 2000's? If you're gonna say, there are ups and downs, then the same should be applied to Aamir

I don't know either.😆 I think Aamir creates all this BO records and then the rest follow. But majority on this forum dislike Aamir and he doesn't have any fans who bother to defend him, so everybody gets away with chanting hogwash over and over again to such an extent that people actually start believing it.😆

neither BW nor the Khans were born with Gajhni.
Aamir is better with script hence his filmography is better post 2000
but he sucked before that, both Salman n SRK, were better than him before 2000.

But when it comes to Star power Aamir is behind the the other two.

Its not like Aamir didn't have big hits before 2000

If I'm not wrong, QSQT was a big hit, so was Dil then there was rangeela, ishq, ghulam, sarfarosh. He also gave Raja hindustani (atbb)

Yeah I'm just surprised, everywhere on the forum, I hear the same thing, that the other two are above Aamir.

When Aamir gave ghajini, that same year came RNBDJ and that too with aditya chopra and what happened? 80cr

then came Ghajini and boom, 114cr (if I'm not mistaken)

And sallu gave 3 flops (yuvraaj, god tussi great ho, hello)

Aamir doesn't have many fans here. So many IF walas think its similar in the outside world. So all the lame excuses. In real world, he's well liked and people look forward to his work whether be it his films or TV show. He built his credibility with quality work and rakes in the moolah. That's how you build star power imo.

Aamir movies work well because of the content. D3 worked because it was franchise, YRF, Xmas, katrina kaif.

anyways 3 months back during Kick's release we already had a 70 page discussion on this 😆...u have given all the reasons...u can't compare the Khan's starpower...If we consider IF toh Sobti and Fawad r bigger stars than the Khans 😆...
