With the best

John Dawlish was a wizard who worked for the Auror Office. An Auror was considered to be the best in the wizarding world.. They were powerful and highly skilled

Trusted upon to serve for the criticized

Highly regarded as an "excellent Auror", he was at one point the personal bodyguard to Cornelius Fudge, Minister for Magic who was criticized by the entire wizarding world for not believing that Lord Voldemort was back and for trying to degrade Albus Dumbledore and Harry Potter in the wizarding world..

Highest you could ever get in the great land

He attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where he would finish his education earning at least five N.E.W.T.s, all of them with 'Outstanding' marks which was the highest grade any student can get in Hogwarts..

Tried to out win the greatest man on land

In OotP, on the word of Mariette Edgecombe, Fudge learns about Dumbledore's Army and tried to expel Harry potter. But Albus Dumbledore takes the blame on him. Fudge accused him of treason and sedition against The Ministry of Magic and gestures Aurors Kingsley Shacklebolt and John Dawlish who had accompanied him to arrest Dumbledore.. Dawlish nodded reassuringly and moved forwards, his hand drifting towards the wand in his pocket. He tried to go against Dumbledore who was considered to be the greatest wizard ever seen..

Warned and attacked all by one

When Fudge orders the aurors to arrest Dumbledore and Dawlish moves forward to do so, Dumbledore said he had to hurt him if Dawlish attacked him..

"Don't be silly, Dawlish. I'm sure you are an excellent Auror " I seem to remember that you achieved 'Outstanding' in all your NEWTs " but if you attempt to " er " bring me in by force, I will have to hurt you."

Next Dumbledore escapes arrest by attacking Dawlish, Shacklebolt, Fudge and Umbridge..

Also Scrimgeour in order to find out what Dumbledore was up to, has Dawlish following him... And Dumbledore again jinxes him..

Now guess and tell, who actually I am..

Happy Diwali to everyone here at CSa and also to the ones who still aren't a part of it...😉

so..finally a tough riddle(courtesy Avie😉) which took a looonnngg time to solve...

I'm here with another riddle...

just in time for Diwali...coz after all, this riddle is Diwali special... 😉

So here we go...

Aru's riddle no.4...and the 6th riddle of season six...

Set me on and you'll go WOW

I can be disastrous in wrong places, don't ask how

I am so better than my muggle version

Water doesn't affect me, I be single or a dozen

My business was on its peak

Until the legendary duo came in and stole all the eyes of glee

Here I make a comeback!!! With a Diwali special riddle...although yes, ik Diwali has passed by😆

and sorry for being so late...I just get tied up in all the preps and travels and studies...i spend i don't know how many days at a stretch without even looking at IF...so I'm really sorry...
