Not really ... Scarlett is Abhishek and Ayaz's friend. But Abhishek and Ayaz are definitely not friends with each other --- or were not friends during the shooting of Splitsvilla.
Now,seeing how Abhishek and Ayaz both are doing the same show, they must have a cordial relationship since they seem to have many scenes together. Defintely not friends though.
Abhishek just called Ayaz his Kattar Dushman in episode 18 --- Priyanka, who USED TO BE close friends with Abhishek, is cross with Abhishek because Abhishek planned to get Ayaz eliminated and said that he would rather lose to Yasir, but he refused to lose to Ayaz.
But that was months ago, I don't know how their friendship is now.
Scarlett and Abhishek claim they are brother sisters from before and Ayaz call Scarlett his 'Bro' so yeah and Scarlett posted her and Ayaz's pic with Brother-Sister tag so ...
Nah, Scarlett's character is just acting to be Ayaz's characters girlfriend in the show ... and in the other show they are not with each other -- will have different love interests.
