Raji gave madhu a good advise before the incident took place. But he still left without thinking anything. As a manager - will never bother to go back and persuade him to come. He ran away instead of standing up. No way i will go asking him to come back lolz

In real life not possible, but with raji as she is also from a village and went through the same thing she wants to help madgu as her team helped her. Its a nice approach and stuff but not possible in real life. Hahahaa

Of course things like this might not happen in reality but what Raji did was a good thing, Vishwanathan used to scold her before at the start then he become a big encouragement for Raji and helping and guiding her. Karthik was also such a big support for her, I remember the epi where she keeps asking about the spelling of words he encouraged her then when she said she was ready to leave. Now it's her turn to return the favour. As your boss, it's also your responsibility to make sure the team is doing well and help and support them.
