That design scene may be for later...before that we have a dose of drama...the family staying back...Arzoo discovering the scene in Lucknow...reaction to that...

I think the design being shown to he media got skipped because during that scene both Saahir and Arzoo are both in the clothes they were in jail scene. So maybe they deleted that scene!
