If Rajnath killed Arnab then he deserves it for making a poor woman like Suchitra a widow, a boy like Dev an orphan and must pay for giving them lifetime of loneliness and bullying.

He also deserves it for killing other people that he bumped off for his gains.

And Raima supported him as a partner in crime so she is no better.
