Shouldn't story be in late 70s or 80s?

The CVs deliberately hid crime of Rajnath to create sympathy for another faltu couple and cater to TRP aunties and romance lovers.

but it has sub chapters

when those chapters open, more secrets coming out

every character has emotional, criminal sides

should be mid to late 80s...no one dressed like tht in 80s!!!!
