How old is he in that picture? Maybe 12 or 13? I don't know for a fact obviously but I don't think he's had a nose job. He was clearly a chubby kid and at some point became leaner. Your nose can appear different with weight loss. Not to mention that boys change and mature later than girls so if he was in pre or early teen years then it is very plausible that his body still went through some physical development. I still think it's mostly his weight loss.

Not only weight loss. Puberty changes. That's y in teens ur nose look different.
