Who is Kurti?

I had the same question after watching today's episode. What control does kurti aapa have over alvira? Isnt alvira supposed to be the boss? Why does a nanny hold so much of sway in a family .. Its kinda wierd

Only zaki is alvira own son I can sense ... But she is mistress of house... And if kurti would be some khala phuphi or some aunt of Sahir dad who lives there for ever ...we can digest her style... But as governess her manners are big question...

There is something more than what meets the eye. Kurti knows a secret about Alvira, or some such thing which has catapulted her to a level when nobody can go against her wishes?

So much to be a governess of the kids (all of them are now grown up)
