Who is this Mysterious Person that they are not showing? Apart from Hand and view point, I'm referring to the bleach incident, let the dog loose and adding Medicine in dishes

Is it Paridi and/or father? Or someone else? Are they applying its Radha (Of course we "Don't" know about her return yet) If its out of house member, wheres security guard?

I think that the bleach incident was done by Pari's father. Letting the dog loose with the intention of removing Mithi from the scene and leaving scope for entry of another person into the MM , I think its possible it could be Radha. But its impossible to see how she got out of Jail so soon. Of course there is no scope for logic in SNS.

As far as the Security Guard is concerned , he is conveniently present or absent as per need.

The open kitchen window of MM is easy entrance for any one to break into the house. This has been proved in numerous earlier incidents. However the Modi's never think of closing it or barring it with a window grill.
